Drainage Surveys

Before you can fix a drainage problem you first have to find it.

Using our brand new up-to-date drainage CCTV cameras we can carry out a drainage survey through which we record video, take snap shots and issue a full drainage system informing you of any issues, and recommendations for repairs.

We have jetting equipment available, allowing us to clear any drainage blockages that same day, should it be required to get a clearer understanding of any drainage defects.

In addition to modern equipment, our Water Loss Solutions team are experienced technicians who can identify and interpret the images and video they are seeing, allowing them to skillfully diagnose issues, giving you confidence in our repair recommendations.

We appreciate the potential costs of any repairs, so our surveys are thorough to help reduce any disruption and avoid costly mistakes.

PIPE LOCATION SERVICES

Using a combination of our drainage cameras, pipe locators and tracer reels we can find and map your sewage pipe system with a very high level of accuracy.

Site maps can be produced, and drainage re-routes, or improvements planned.

We use some of the most expensive hi-tech pipe locators made by Sewerin in Germany, this gives us some very helpful frequency filtering technology to help avoid miscalculations, power cables and gas lines.

PRE-PURCHASE DRAINAGE SURVEYS

This is an increasingly common request; a full drainage survey will give confidence to prospective buyers that there are no potentially expensive defects waiting underground.

This is also a sensible option if you are planning an extension or new build on an old site and is often a requirement by the Water Authority.
